Voices of the Future brings together secondary and high school students from across Singapore to explore one big question:
How should we shape AI before it shapes us?
Hosted at the ArtScience Museum, this first-of-its-kind national debate on AI blends student-led dialogue with real-world demos, expert panels, and public conversation on technology, trust, and tomorrow.
Founder: Zara Khanna
Zara Khanna is an AI researcher and aspiring philosopher. Her research at the National University of Singapore focuses on using speech-based AI for early Alzheimer’s detection.
Passionate about ethical AI, she founded Ethical Coders, a youth initiative exploring tech ethics through a book club, workshops and creative learning.
In 2025 she presented on AI approaches to gender equity at the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
Zara was awarded one of Girls in Tech 2023 by the Singapore Computer Society and the Infocomm Media Authority (IMDA) for rising technology stars.
She serves as the first Global Youth Ambassador for She Loves Tech, the world's largest startup platform for women and tech in over 75 countries.
She also writes opinion columns for The Straits Times on AI education, ethics, and youth involvement in tech governance.
